Before

The left side demonstrated a weak, undefined indentation that was absent most of the time.

The existing right upper eyelid crease was too high, poorly shaped, and variable in its expression.

Double eyelid surgery was undertaken to create an entirely new crease on the left side and lower and stabilize the crease on the right side.
