Fees quoted are for first-time incisional double eyelid surgery and/or transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty only.

Costs to perform additional surgical procedures, if any, selected to address more advanced as well as less common changes (including so-called "touch-ups" after primary surgery) are not included in our standard fees.

• Additional procedures including

• Fat grafting for eyelid hollowness
• Epicanthoplasty
• Canthopexy with lower skin excision
• Ptosis correction
• Lower skin pinch blepharoplasty
• Revisional surgery (after previous surgery elsewhere)

are not considered a part of standard double eyelid surgery. While any such extra surgery may be performed simultaneously, it will, if chosen, result in added cost.

Fees for these services are variable depending upon the magnitude of the problem and can be quoted only following a consultation with Dr. Meronk.

• Touch-ups

The cost for "touch-up" surgery is not included in the first-time fee. While usually reduced in price if performed within the first two months, charges for additional surgery vary and can only be quoted individually.

After six months, any additional surgery is performed only at full cost.

No discounts are offered to patients who have undergone any previous eyelid surgery elsewhere prior to their surgery by Dr. Meronk.
