3. Creation of uniform fat flap

4. Orbital septum opened at arcus marginalis

5. Creation of periosteal pocket over bone

6. Sutures placed in fat to be repositioned
|
|
|
|
|
7. Suture needle passing into periosteal pocket
|
8. Suture needle exiting on skin surface
|

9. Fat repositioned onto upper cheek
