Fees quoted are for cosmetic upper eyelid and/or transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty only.

Costs to perform additional or advanced surgical procedures, if any, selected to address more challenging or less common changes (including so-called "touch-ups" after primary surgery) are not included in our standard fees.

• Advanced procedures

• lower eyelid tissue-sparing techniques
• lower eyelid skin removal, with or without canthopexy
• orbital or eyelid fat grafting
• chemical peel
• correction of functional problems (e.g., ptosis)
• revision surgery (after previous surgery elsewhere)

are not considered a part of our standard procedure. While any such extra surgery may be performed simultaneously, it will result in added cost.

Fees for these services are variable depending upon the magnitude of the problem and can be quoted only following a consultation with Dr. Meronk.

• Touch-ups

If within six months of a first-time blepharoplasty, an established patient requests more surgery to enhance an already satisfactory improvement, an additional fee will be charged. While usually reduced, the amount charged will vary depending upon a number of factors that are outlined on our fee sheet presented at the time of the consultation and the surgical consent form.

After six months, any additional surgery is performed only at full cost.

No "touch-up" discounts are offered to patients who have undergone previous eyelid surgery elsewhere prior to their blepharoplasty surgery by Dr. Meronk.
