"You're not just buying an operation. You're buying expertise."

Q: When it comes to surgery on the eyelids, aren't most cosmetic surgeons more or less the same?

A:
According to American Society of Plastic Surgery statistics for 2006, more than 23,000 physicians were likely to perform cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures. In 2006, there were just over 233,000 blepharoplasty operations performed. Thus, the average cosmetic surgeon performed just ten such surgeries during the entire year.
