As our full practice is devoted to advanced cosmetic eyelid surgery, we offer a highly specialized range of services.

We care for patients between the ages of 18 and +/- 60.

Upper Eyelid Surgery

• Cosmetic upper blepharoplasty
• Asian double eyelid surgery
• Revision of unsatisfactory results after Asian double eyelid surgery
• Treatment of post-surgery upper eyelid hollowness by orbital fat grafting
• Ptosis repair (only when performed in conjunction with blepharoplasty)

Lower Eyelid Surgery

• Cosmetic lower blepharoplasty
• Canthopexy (canthal tendon stabilization, muscle reinforcement)
• Excision of excess skin (in conjunction with canthopexy)
• Medium-depth chemical peel
• Treatment of post-surgery lower eyelid hollowness by orbital fat grafting




Second Opinions

• We do not offer second opinions or comment on recommendations made by other doctors.

Facial Surgery (for best results, consult a facial plastic surgeon)

• Face lift (forehead lift, midface lift, cheek lift, endoscopic/coronal brow lift)
• Facial implants for orbital rim/cheek bone hypoplasia (silicone, etc)
• Cable lifts (string lift, featherlift, etc)
• Treatment of upper cheek depression (tear trough, suborbital deficiency)

Skin Surgery (for best results, consult a cosmetic dermatologist)

• Treatment of under-eye dark circles
• Laser resurfacing or full face chemical peels
• Fat injections for tear trough, cheek, or facial depressions
• Injection of commercial fillers (collagen, hyaluronic acid, etc)
• Wrinkle treatments
• Botulinum toxin injections

Functional Eyelid Surgery (see an ophthalmologist)

• We do not offer treatment for non-cosmetic eyelid conditions. Our minimum patient age is 18.

Note: Due to time constraints imposed by demand for first-time cosmetic eyelid surgery, Dr. Meronk limits his treatment of complications to post-blepharoplasty hollowness and unsatisfactory results after Asian double eyelid surgery, areas of special interest in which he has pioneered a number of innovative solutions.

We no longer offer revision surgery for other post-blepharoplasty problems.
