Upper Orbital Fat Relocation

Excess upper orbital fat may be relocated internally to provide more fullness where needed.

While of more limited utility than orbital fat grafting, internal fat relocation may be helpful in situations requiring minimal fat augmentation (such as in crease revisions).

Some patients (for example, those of Asian lineage) may have more upper orbital fat than others.
