Patient with deep hollowness of the right upper eyelid due to a deficiency of orbital fat throughout life with progressive absorption as an adult.

While the eyelid skin appears to be present in substantial excess, it is bunched into folds primarily because of lack of inflation from within. Standard blepharoplasty would deepen the hollowed area even further.
