Our iConsultation screening program is available to prospective patients who are contemplating first-time surgery by Dr. Meronk, are at least 18 years old, and are in good health. There is no charge for this service.


This program is limited in scope and not offered for all cosmetic conditions or problems. If your concern is not covered by one of the forms below, that means we are unable to accept an iConsultation from you no matter where you live.

What happens after that? Dr. Meronk will review your submission and determine whether you appear to be a suitable candidate for the surgery you desire. A member of our staff will contact you by secure email or phone within ten days, explain our surgery protocol and fees, discuss the recovery process and length of stay, and provide information on hotels in the area.
