Our iConsultation program is available to prospective patients who are contemplating having cosmetic eyelid surgery by Dr. Meronk, are between 18 and 60 years old, and are in good health. You will need to fill out a form and attach several photos. There is no charge for this service.

Dr. Meronk will review your submission and determine whether you appear to be a suitable candidate for the surgery you desire. A member of our staff will contact you by secure email, relay the doctor's comments, and, if appropriate, explain our surgery protocol and fees, discuss the recovery process, and provide information on length of stay and hotels in the area.

If you feel comfortable with this level of feedback, you may then elect to schedule your actual examination by the doctor and surgery to take place on a single trip to our office.
