The Case Studies have been produced using the latest audiovisual software, some of which is not compatible with older hardware or operating systems. Minimum system requirements are noted below.

The movies are available in two formats: Windows Media Player and QuickTime. Each version is identical.

PC users should view the movies using Windows Media Player, although QuickTime will also work if your installed version is 7.1 or higher.

Macintosh users should view the movies using the QuickTime player option. Software version 7.1 or higher is required. Older versions will not work.

A broadband Internet connection is highly recommended. Dial-up connections may be used, but the movies will load slowly and may appear choppy during presentation. When using a slower connection, allow the movie to load almost to completion before hitting the play button.
